Hollywood encourages wellness amongst employees

Hollywood Private Hospital recently hosted its annual 'Love Yourself' Wellness Day for employees.

Hollywood Private Hospital recently hosted its annual ‘Love Yourself’ Wellness Day for employees.

Commenting on the event, Hollywood Chief Executive Officer, Peter Mott, said “Our ‘Love Yourself’ Wellness Day reflects our culture of caring and promotes the many initiatives Hollywood has introduced to encourage physical, psychological, social, career and financial wellness amongst employees.”

“Through the Hollywood Health and Wellbeing Program, employees can participate in a variety of beneficial activities including a superannuation information session, mindfulness ‘Get Started’ workshop, exercise classes and skin checks.”

“Our clinical and administrative employees work tirelessly to ensure patients and their families receive the highest quality care and it’s important they invest in their own health and wellbeing.”

As part of the event, employees were provided with healthy and delicious food, complimentary massages, health education workshops delivered by HBF, and the opportunity to attend 20 minute ‘healthy pitstop checks’.

A variety of organisations including Cancer Council WA, Maxxia and Commonwealth Bank were also onsite to communicate their services.
