New Ramsay Health Plus facility offers full complement of allied health services

Ramsay Health Care has opened its first Ramsay Health Plus facility in Western Australia (WA) on the Hollywood Private Hospital (Hollywood) campus, providing the full complement of allied health services to the community in one convenient location.

Ramsay Health Plus caters for a wide range of conditions and helps optimise health and fitness to enhance safe return to work, sport and recreation to transition back into the community after illness or injury.

Ramsay Health Plus Manager, Charlotte Foskett, said “We’re very excited to provide the community with high quality allied health services including physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, occupational therapy, exercise physiology, speech pathology, dietetics and social work.”

“Our team of allied health professionals treat routine outpatients as well as complex conditions, and has experience in a variety of specialties ranging from orthopaedics and injury recovery to oncology, Parkinson’s disease and early dementia.”

“All treatments are delivered at the Ramsay Health Plus facility which is located on the Hollywood site and includes state of the art gym equipment, private consultation rooms, a hydrotherapy pool for individual and group therapy programs, and an area for Pilates. By providing access to a range of allied health professionals in one place, conditions which require treatment by several services are easily accessed and managed.”
