Mr Saud Hamza is a consultant General Surgeon. His clinical focus includes oncoplastic breast surgery including breast reductions and reconstructions, thyroid surgery, and laparoscopic general surgery. Mr Saud Hamza also serves as a consultant at Fiona Stanley & Fremantle Hospitals and at Peel Health Campus. Privately, Dr Hamza operates from Hollywood Private hospital where he has regular lists.
Background and Training
Mr Hamza completed his primary medical degree in 1991 and subsequently earned a Board certification in General Surgery in 2000. He became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland (MRCSI) in 2002. His advanced subspecialty training in Breast/Endocrine and General Surgery took place at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in 2008, Fremantle Hospital in 2009, and the Mater Adult Hospital in Brisbane in 2010. In 2010, he was granted the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). In addition, Dr Hamza is an adjunct clinical associate professor at Curtin Medical School and a senior clinical lecturer at the University of Western Australia.
