About Dr Arpita Ghosh
Dr Arpita Ghosh is a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who has extensive experience in all aspects of obstetrics and gynaecology. Arpita has particular expertise in benign gynaecological condition management, operative gynaecology, colposcopy and infertility. She has a focus in the management of conditions such as menorrhagia & dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, unexplained uterine bleeding, PMB and cervical abnormalities. She also has a keen interest in management of sub-fertile couples and is a part of the Consultant team at Concept Fertility Centre in Subiaco. Arpita sees herself as being in the position to make a significant difference in women’s health not only with her clinical expertise but also by empowering women with individualised patient-centred multidisciplinary care and advocacy.
Clinical Practice
Arpita completed her specialist training from Kings College Hospital in London, UK and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecologists (UK) and the Royal Australasian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in sexual and reproductive health DFSRH and is a BSCCP certified colposcopist.
Research & Training
Apart from her clinical work, Arpita also has a passion for medical education, presenting at national and international conferences, authoring several publications and currently holding academic positions in Australia and Malaysia.
