Dr Maan Alwan is a Specialist Physician with dual qualifications in haematology and pathology. Dr Alwan has clinical interests in malignant and non-malignant haematology and in clinical and laboratory haematology. He is also involved in clinical trials and research in myeloma, lymphoma and clotting & bleeding disorders as a clinical investigator at Perth Blood Institute.
Dr Alwan’s private consulting rooms are based at Western Haematology and Oncology Clinics in West Perth and also provides consulting and clinical services at Hollywood Private Hospital in Nedlands.
Dr Alwan is a part-time laboratory haematologist at Western Diagnostic Pathology.
Training & Background
He completed his specialist training at Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney.
