Dr. Yadav is an Specialist Obstetrician & Gynaecologist who performs laparoscopic and pelvic floor surgery. Excellence, teamwork and women centred care is at the core of Dr Yadav’s practice and he is committed to delivering a quality service for his patients. His main focus include pelvic pain, endometriosis, advanced laparoscopic surgery (level 6), uterovaginal prolapse repair, female urinary incontinence, heavy painful periods, postmenopausal bleeding.
He is among the few doctors in WA capable of performing level 6 which is the the highest level of laparoscopic surgery. Additionally, he possesses the expertise to perform laparoscopic Burch colposuspension, a type of urinary incontinence surgery that does not involve the use of a mesh.
Background & Training
Dr Yadav obtained his medical degree in India in the year 2001 and underwent training in gynaecology in England for 4 years, New Zealand for 7 years and he has been in Australia since 2015.
Dr. Yadav has completed a two-year AGES approved fellowship in Laparoscopic Surgery at Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide, South Australia. This means that he is one of a select few surgeons who have received training and accreditation from the top gynecological society in Australia and New Zealand. During his time in Adelaide, he specialized in minimally invasive surgery and advanced laparoscopy, with a particular focus on uterine prolapse, vaginal prolapse, surgery for endometriosis, and urinary incontinence.
